I am a Creative Director and Editor with over 20 years of experience building and growing post-production companies, teams and facilities. I assemble and manage collaborative creative teams with a focus on video production and post. With a passion for delivering exceptional creative, I bring extensive experience in leading and growing post-production teams built on talent, not pushing buttons. I have overseen 100's (I'm not exaggerating!) of diverse projects and campaigns across all platforms. I thrive in fast moving collaborative environments. I've used my 20+ years of experience in post-production to elevate brands and deliver compelling visual narratives. I lead by inspiring and empowering; I believe in those doing the work.  My strategic approach and creative vision enable me to engage, organize and lead a team to create content that resonates with audiences and delivers impactful results.
